These terms apply to your use of superdevs.co.in, which is operated by SuperDevs from Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir, India. By continuing to use the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Website purpose
This website provides general information about SuperDevs, its services, selected work, and articles. Website content is not a binding offer, professional legal or financial advice, or a guarantee that a particular service is available on a particular timeline or budget.
2. Project enquiries and agreements
Submitting the contact form, sending a message, or attending an initial consultation does not by itself create a client relationship or require either party to begin work. Project scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment milestones, support, ownership, and any service levels will be set out in a written proposal, statement of work, or contract accepted by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed project agreement controls for that project.
3. Information you provide
You agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorised to share. You must not submit unlawful content, malicious code, confidential information belonging to another person without authority, or material that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
4. Client responsibilities
For an agreed project, the client is normally responsible for timely decisions, approvals, access, content, brand assets, and feedback described in the project agreement. Delays or changes in those inputs may affect delivery dates and cost. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving final content, claims, pricing, policies, and regulatory requirements before launch.
5. Fees, changes, and cancellation
Any estimate shown in a conversation is provisional until confirmed in writing. Fees, taxes, deposits, milestones, change requests, expenses, late payments, cancellation, refunds, and termination are governed by the accepted project agreement. Work outside an agreed scope may require a revised estimate and written approval.
6. Intellectual property
SuperDevs retains ownership of its pre-existing know-how, reusable tools, processes, and materials unless a project agreement says otherwise. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets, frameworks, and services remain subject to their respective licences. Ownership or licence rights in custom project deliverables are defined in the project agreement and may be conditional on payment of all amounts due.
You retain rights in material you supply and grant SuperDevs the permission needed to use that material for the agreed work. We will feature a project, logo, testimonial, or non-public result in a portfolio only where the applicable agreement or separate permission allows it.
7. Third-party services
Websites and software may depend on hosting, domain registrars, payment providers, APIs, email services, analytics tools, app stores, or other third parties. Those services have their own availability, pricing, and terms. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, SuperDevs does not control and is not responsible for a third party's service changes, suspension, data practices, or outage.
8. Maintenance, security, and backups
Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, backups, hosting, security updates, and support are included only when stated in the project agreement or an active support plan. No website, hosting platform, or security measure can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or risk.
9. Search, advertising, and business results
Search rankings, advertising performance, lead volume, revenue, uptime, and other business outcomes depend on factors outside the control of any agency. SuperDevs may agree to defined work and reporting, but does not guarantee a particular ranking, number of enquiries, or commercial result unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
10. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security or rate limits, gain unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that harms service availability, impersonate another person, or use its content or forms for spam, fraud, or unlawful activity.
11. Website content and availability
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or become outdated. We may update, remove, or suspend website content without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website terms are governed by applicable laws of India. The forum and process for any project-specific dispute may be further defined in the signed project agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
